Car Rental 3rd Arrondissement

If you don't hold a driver's license issued in France, then it's likely you'll need to apply for an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your place of residence to be able to rent a car. It's also important to note that if you do need an IDP, it has no validity on its own. You'll be asked to show your current driver's license your passport and other forms of documentation as well.
