So the overall staff and the ambience of the hotel were absolutely outstanding. I love the fact that you have Byredo products in your rooms standard. However, there were a couple things that I would expect from a luxury hotel that were kind of missing. There was no bell cart to take your stuff from the parking structure to your room. They have an outdated breakfast menu, and that was highly annoying because. We didn’t want to leave for breakfast and nothing was updated. I’m talking solely about the in room service menu. I didn’t like the placement of the elevators. It was very annoying to walk from the elevators across the lobby to go to our rooms. It would’ve been better to have that piece cut out of it.
I love the fact the rooms were clean. And I did love the personal touch of the hotel staff making sure we were OK during our stay that was a nice touch.
