"We had a wonderful few days here! The house was very clean and well-stocked for a family of four - cozy, nostalgic beach house feel, as we could tell from the pictures, but charming and comfortable. And the beach just outside the door was so quiet and beautiful, we spent most of our time on the porch or beach, soaking up the sun. Perfect stay!"

"Spacious interior, new appliances, comfortable beds. Overall seems it is not ready to be rented out, needs MUCH more attention to make it a comfortable space. Disadvantages: has a cabin type smell, right off a very busy road/not walkable area, loud road and train noise (high speed train directly out the backyard area), sparsely furnished (no actual kitchen table), no living room coffee table, deck and backyard totally unusable/rundown. Deck needed some major power washing. No usable outdoor...

"The cottage was very nice, the beach was beautiful. I would go there again except my husband has been ill and it was very hard for him going up the sand dune, and not seeing ocean/ water from the house was disappointing but not a deal breaker. I wish that the dune information was made available."
