“A nice flat with a wonderful terrace in a small village up to the mountains, beautiful landscape and vegetation. A car is a must and careful driving is important to mention. Private parking is available. In 15 minutes you are at the centre of Chiavari, beach/promenade and the train station. “Loved this 4 level apartment! Location was amazing. Very comfortable. Air conditioning was great! We brought a car to Riomaggiore and we worked with owner for private parking. There is public parking but not guaranteed. View is nice from multiple levels. We were Ages 67, 51, 20 & 18. We were all in pretty good shape so we were able to handle all of the stairs/steps. But I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with knee or health issues. Our 20 & 18 yo LOVED the Rocky areas right by apartment and swam……
