“The house is very distinctive. It is just off the main (but quiet) road, so easy to find. The owner's house is across from it. The view is excellent, you are not overlooked at the back of the house and you have access to the farmland. There are a number of very nice walks - the late summer skies over the ripening orchards were just beautiful. The house is well featured, with everything reasonably provided for (including a kettle and coffee machine & percolator). Aircon is provided in the living……

Exploration of the bastides, many within 30 - 90 minutes of Mandarou, provides many opportunities to explore the history of the area. “We stayed at Le Petit Soyc in August 2023. This is a fantastic villa. Accommodation is very comfortable. Plenty of room for 8 of us with room to spare. The layout is superb. The kitchen is big, modern and well equipped. The outdoor dining area is really good. The swimming pool, pool house and shade is also spot on. We had a fantastic stay. Temperature was over 40 degrees! Local area is peaceful and beautiful. I would definitely recommend 100%. Property owner is as fantastic as the villa!”

“Met vier gezinnen, waarvan 8 volwassenen en 8 kinderen was het een uitdaging om iets geschikt te vinden in de zomer. Dankzij dit landhuis is het ons toch mooi gelukt. We hebben genoten van de rust, het zwembad en de ruimte. Bovendien is het huis gelegen in een mooie regio, vlakbij Toulouse. Het enige minpunt is het ontbreken van airco. De vele ventilatoren boden wel een gedeeltelijke oplossing.”
