"My wife and I stood three nights in Barcelona and traveled by train from Madrid. Getting to and from the entrance to the hotel to the front desk and vice versa was a little long as you first have exit the train station, then walk up a ramp and take an elevator. We liked that the hotel was within the train station. And, although we did alot of walking at times up to an 1 hour to some landmarks, if you're not up to walking, you'll need to take a taxi or other transportation to get to the various landmarks. Also there's ongoing construction in the vicinity. Our room itself was okay; however, the bed was short and the bathroom was small."

"The location was excellent! After a 3 night stay, we headed off on a cruise, and this accommodation had us a very short walk to the 3€ cruise shuttle. Also location wise, we were very close to the harbour promenade and the trendy neighbourhood of Gothic Quarter, which was great for wandering and eating out. All in all, we felt very safe, although the location immediately outside the hotel (La Rambla) becomes very seedy late at night. Totally out of control of the hotel is that La Rambla is undergoing a major construction upgrade, and this is taking several years. This was only a minor inconvenience for our stay however, and certainly didn’t interfere with sleep quality. Our room was ok, although very small for Western standards. We had a double bed with only very limited access around the bed, and not much space to lay down suitcases. But there is plenty of hanging space and also a decent safe. All in all, I would stay again."

"Barcelona Hotel is always our hotel of choice when in Barcelona. All its amenities are very nice, especially with the regular free shuttle to and from airport. Staff are very professional and accomodating."

"The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early before check in and checked out before our flight left later. They were very accommodating by storing our luggage. Coffee and water was available always in the lobby. Great rooftop patio with a wonderful view of the Sagrada Familia. Great location. Would highly recommend!"

"The hotel is beautiful, very clean, safe and in the hub of activity in Ferran a very popular street off of Las Ramblas. The room was quiet and the service was excellent. We arrived at 8:30 am off of a cruise and we’re delighted to find that our room was ready for us and they allowed us to check in early. Breakfast buffet was superb! The beds were quite firm, which is my only complaint, otherwise, tge stay was perfect!"
