Caves of Hella Tours

The gym was extremely minimal. Everything was fairly basic. He did have a great steam room. I felt like the hot tub wasn’t hot enough, and it was inconvenient located in front of the dining area which was uncomfortable to be seen through people eating their dinners while you’re in your bathing suit the staff was incredible. Very accommodating. The rooms are very small and below average could’ve had better products.

Reykjavik Residence Apartment Hotel was incredible. The Apartment was in the middle of everything we wanted to do in downtown Reykjavik. We could walk to many of the locations on our list within minutes. The staff helped us with everything from securing drivers to and from the airport, to easy check-in after a long flight to notifying us when our lost luggage arrived at the front desk. Great location. Great staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall happy with the stay. We had some inconvenience due to their parking area is on renovation. We are being asked to park bit far in a grocery store parking lot. We couldn’t bring our luggage to the room due to the distance,other than that no issues, I am assuming that’s a temporary problem. I would recommend this place.
