Good value overnight stay

The rooms are clean and comfortable, though the bathroom was slightly worn (but more than acceptable). There are watercoolers on each landing for drinking water and the breakfast provided does the job. The hotel is quietly located though not far from food and shopping options.

Good guesthouse for accommodation

The accommodation is hidden but in a very good condition the breakfast itself I can only recommend is simple but reasonable to the price.

Dump / Look Elsewhere

I would avoid this hotel, the price wasn’t even great and it was a dump. There were ants in the room, very little water pressure, old sheets and towels. I thought it would be better based on the photos, but I was wrong.

Good stay for the price

Good price for cebu but basic accomodation. Thin matress and sheets. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was good. You can walk some restaurants but you can use grab to get anywhere. Great for a cheap stay with breakfast but dont expect luxury

Fair price for the quarta! If westerner I'd avoid paying for the breakfast. The breakfast was room temperature good way to catch food poisoning. But if you do end up getting the breakfast you should have them box it up. Walk the streets and help someone if you can.

The Pro is Staff very polite and helpful / Safety issue rates 9/10 The Con is this property does not have elevator / Bedshheet & Towel is already won off / Water presure was extreme low on the 3rd floor is take me 30 minutes to finish my shower instead mire water being use. Not suitable for elderly guest to stay here. There are plenty of 3 Star hotel with 50 meter radius.

The hotel had no elevator and the air conditioning was not working well . The room was hot. The room was old and out dated. I rate this place 2 out 10. I checked ✔️ out after the first night. They refuse to refund me the money back for the 2 weeks i booked.

Great customer service from Travelbee Fuente

When i arrived around 2pm i ask the frontdesk that i will check in. When they check my confirmation number it was not listed on their reservation but they received the email from expedia meaning i have no rooms to stay to their hotel as they are fully booked. But the good side is Kimberly Tacbaya (Frontdesk of Travelbee Fuente) was very helpful finding solution where i have hopes from her that she can resolve the issue and she did. She transferred me to a different hotel which is same branch as she said. Since the distance between Travelbee Fuente and Big Hotel near Parkmall is quite far she said that Taxi Fare will be paid upon arrival at Big Hotel and yes it happened with the help of Armund. Overall, great customer service from TravelBee fuente because i am satisfied that Kimberly Tacbaya resolved the issue and i feel accommodated.

zentrales - gutes Hotel

Das Travel bee kann man an diesem Standort nur loben. Gutes WiFi, warmes Wasser, Klimaanlage und gutes Bett. Alles was man braucht in dieser preiskategorie Um Glücklich zu sein. Es ist für den reinen Transfer etwas ab vom Schuss, wenn man aber etwas von Cebu city sehen möchte oder die Stadt erleben will kann man das hier getrost tun.

Great location, good price, terrible breakfast

The room was very clean. The air conditioner works great. It doesn't have an elavator and our room was on the 4th floor. They don't give you toiletries, other than soap as they advertise on hotels.com. The staff is not that friendly, the location is good. The breakfast isn't good at all. It's ok for the price.
