This new renovate cottage is situated next to the road which goes from Casale Marittimo to Cecina and only 5 km from the seaside. The big garden is fenced, car parking on the property. The approximately 160 m² house can welcome up to 6 persons. From the large living room with open fire place you reach the 2. living room with SAT-TV. The walled kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher. Downstairs is a double bedroom, a guest bathroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower. A staircase leads to the first floor with two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with two single beds. Bathroom with toilet and shower cabin. Central heating. Covered terrace with garden furniture. Perfect for families who want to spend holidays near the seaside but also visit cutural cities.

The House is beautiful but not much on amenities.
We loved the house and property, even gated! But the house is Bare Bones! Coming from the States we expected linens and towels along with soap and other necessities but nothing! Oh sorry, one Roll of toilet paper for three bathrooms! We had to pay extra for the linens and towels and pick up at realtors office in next town. The house has Sat TV but only 2 English news Chanel's. Otherwise everything in German or Scrambled! If you are prepared for bare bones, the house is beautiful and very near to town and grocery store...

Unangenehme Erfahrung
Eigentlich ein schönes Haus. Leider merkt man, dass sich niemand so richtig darum kümmern mag. Das WLAN ist so schlecht, dass man es eigentlich vergessen kann. Das Geschirr im Schrank war so verdreckt, dass wir erstmal alles abspülen mussten. Die geschmiedeten Stühle auf der Terrasse sind zum Sitzen wenig geeignet, da steinhart. Sitzauflagen gibt es nur wenige, für die beiden Liegen (eine davon defekt) gar keine. Diverse Glühbirnen (z.B. Nachtischlampen) waren durchgebrannt und nicht benutzbar. Verschiedene Fliegengitter waren notdürftig geflickt, das Gitter vor der Terrassentür lose und nicht benutzbar. Nach einigen Tagen war im unteren Bad die Toilettenspülung defekt, dass Wasser lief ständig. Da „kein Installateur verfügbar“ sei, blieb das so bis zu unserer Abreise. Die Kommunikation mit der (deutschen) Dame von der Agentur war - gelinde gesagt - etwas schwierig. Bereits vor der Anreise wurden wir angewiesen, den Zeitpunkt unsere Ankunft präzise anzugeben, sie müsse „um 6:30 anfangen zu arbeiten und hätte keine Mittagspause“. Abgesehen davon, dass dies einigermaßen unprofessionell ist, und wir alles Kunden bzw. Gäste keine Einfluss auf ihre Arbeitszeiten haben, ist es schwierig bei einer Anreise von 1300 km im PKW die Ankunftszeit genau vorauszusagen. Unangenehme Fragen (z.B. nach Sitzauflagen für die Gartenstühle) wurden ignoriert. Bei der Abreise wurde dann gedrängelt, als unser Auto um 10:10 noch in der Einfahrt stand. Sicherlich: Checkout ist 10:00, aber nach den ganzen Unannehmlichkeiten hatten wir schon etwas Kulanz erwartet. Obwohl wir mindestens einmal im Jahr ein Ferienhaus mieten, haben wir so etwas noch nie erlebt. Alles in allem eine unangenehme Urlaubserfahrung, die wir sicher nicht wiederholen werden.

Zustand des Mobiliars
Couch muffelte und war sehr durchgesessen, vielleicht sollte man diese mal ersetzen, die Stühle waren sehr wackelig und teilweise die Rückenlehnen nicht mehr fest. Lampen funktionierten nur wenige. Wurden dann auf Anfrage erneuert. Kabelfernsehen nur italienisch. Dusche unten Schlauch defekt, wurde ersetzt. Klospülung funktionierte nicht, Klempner musste kommen. Duschen mit gleichmässiger Wärme war nicht immer gegeben, Wasser kam nur sehr wenig aus der Dusche. Vielleicht sollte man vorher alles kontrollieren, bevor die Gäste einziehen.

Non all'altezza delle nostre aspettative
La mail di conferma riportava un numero di telefono con il quale non siamo riusciti a contattare nessuno. Solo sul posto siamo riusciti a contattare i responsabili che ci hanno trattato a malo modo. La casa è molto bella ma alla richiesta del riscaldamento ci è stato risposto che ne avremmo dovuto parlare in un secondo momento, che era a pagamento e che nessuno in precedenza l'ha mai richiesto. Attenzione l'appartamento non fornisce lenzuola e set da bagno. La persona che ci ha accolti non ci ha aiutato a risolvere il nostro problema ci ha solo detto andate al supermercato a comperare quello che vi manca.

Sehr schönes Haus
Das Haus war perfekt. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sehr sauber und alles war da was man so braucht. Das einzige Manko war halt die Straße und die Dieselmotoren der Wässerungsanlagen der Nachbarn. Alles ist sonst wie beschrieben gewesen.

Excellentes vacances
La maison est très bien située, près des plages, près de la ville et ses commodités (marché, commerces, restaurants) et pas très loin de plusieurs villes intéressantes à visiter (Florence, Sienne, Pise, San Gimignano et bien d'autres. La maison est plutôt bien équipée, elle est très agréable. Même en période de forte chaleur, elle sait rester fraîche. Les plages publiques de Cecina mare derrière la pinède sont très sympas et ne sont pas surchargées contrairement au plages privées. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances...

Jardin très agréable, belle maison. La douche est un peu récalcitrante, mais globalement tout est sympathique. On entend légèrement le bruit de la route. Ce qui n'a pas empêché de passer des moments agréables.

Perfektes Haus für Ferien mit Hund
Von der Buchung über Ankunft bis zur Abreise sehr angenehme Abwicklung durch Lisa + Daniela. Das Haus sauber und gepflegt mit allem was man für den Urlaubsalltag benötigt. Der große, eingezäunte Garten perfekt für entspannten Urlaub mit Hund. Nachts und in den Morgenstunden war manchmal der Geräuschpegel von der Strasse etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Schöner, sauberer Hundestrand mit viel Platz nördlich von Camping Gorette. Mit Auto in 10 Min. sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in mehreren Supermärkten.

Perfekter Service und super Lage des Hauses
Wir waren zu viert mit 2 kleinen Hunden Anfang Juli für2 Wochen in der Casa Rosa. Das Haus bietet Mensch und Tier alles was das Herz begehrt. Sehr ruhig gelegen an einer Straße, die vom Lärmaufkommen für uns Dörfler allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig war. Unser Traumstrand war schnell gefunden und so sind wir jeden Tag gerne die 7 km dorthin mit dem Auto gefahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren dann auf dem Heimweg reichlich vorhanden, so dass wir in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche kochen konnten. Für weitere Ausflüge waren wirklich heiß, aber da wir bereits vorher schon mal in Cecina waren, störte es uns nicht einen reinen Badeurlaub zu verbringen. Die kleinen Dörfer Montescudaio, Casale Maritimo und Bibbona sind dennoch sehr schön mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Mittelmeer, Elba und die toskanischen Hügel. Volzerra, Pisa und Siena sind gut und schnell zu erreichen. Und die Hunde sind gerne am großen Hundestrand gewesen und durch den Pinienwald gelaufen. Eine tolle Zeit auch dank der deutschsprachigen Betreuung von Casa e Colline! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
