"チェックイン前日に来るはずだった案内メールが届かず、フロント玄関の鍵が開けられない状況になった。たまたま、他のチェックイン客が開けてくれたので館内に入ることは出来た。 2度目の投宿で要領は分かってはいたが、鍵の開錠ができない、というのは想定外であった。その場で電話で前述の件を伝えたが「ああ、ごめんなさい」程度の反応で落胆した。館内の清掃、部屋の準備を含めて、Value for moneyだとは思っているが、案内メールの発信は毎日確認するべきだと思う。次回も利用させてもらいたいが、ぜひ改善をお願いしたい。"

This resort did not charge my kids to go to the executive lounge, it was included in the room rates. Some other resorts only gave two passes to the lounge, so call and make sure, so you dont have surprises when checking in. Recommend the executive suites, nice perk to have and you are on the higher floor as well. Teenage kids would enjoy this resort's water park and pool. Overall, great value."
