Note that the castle fell into disrepair over the years, before being renovated in 1992. It is open to the public daily from morning until late afternoon. In winter, it closes for an hour at noon. There is a fee to enter. Admission is free for students and those under 17.
Find Château de Blandy-les-Tours in the center of the village of Blandy. Drive east from Melun for 7.5 miles (12 kilometers) to get here in roughly 15 minutes. Make your way through the pleasant village to see other attractions, including the Place du Pilori and the Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte.
