The property was old & rundown, but mostly clean in the room. Hallways & other areas were pretty dirty. Carpet hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Virtually NO HOT WATER!! I'm not just being a wimp here. I've camped for over 65 years & I know what it is to shower with NO hot water. This was pretty darn close. Very noisy. Sounds coming from room next door that I'm sure weren't meant to be heard. We could hear people running in the room above at 2:30 a.m.!!!! Husband said coffee was cold. Will not stay here again.

Tried checking in at 6pm and room wasn't ready. Had to wait an hour to get our room. 14 hours on the road and i wasnt expecting to wait. No comp for the mistake.
