“We thought this appartment was in a great location, easy safe parking, lift to make a 1st floor appartment user friendly. I read comments about road noise before we went and yes there is road noise because you are so close to the lake and that is where people drive. It`s well worth the small inconvenience. The veiw from the room is spectacular. We took our dog and the place was ideal. It is really busy closer to Annecy but Duingit is less so and a great place to base yourself when exploring the……

“ Je me permets de vous dire que j ai été très déçue par cet appartement J avais l habitude de passer par vous et vous me proposiez à l époque un appartement qui correspondait bien aux photos et au prix Là vous m aviez prévenue pour le ravalement mais avec zéro réduction L immeuble est terriblement bruyant et on entendait les voisins du dessus dans toute leur actions (toilettes/pas/douches/voix/ meubles déplacés ) ce qui devrait être pris en compte dans le tarif.pour moi ça élimine ! “Great studio right in the centre of the old town! Walking distance to the lake, a selection of great restaurants and really well equipped. Perfect base for a solo traveller! Although worth noting given it’s an old building (expected given it’s the old town) that the walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbours and the final staircase up to the studio is pretty narrow/steep so be careful if you have large luggage you may struggle getting up to it. ”
