"The staff was particularly friendly and helpful more precisely the concierge service and the chauffeur that we had 2 days in a row.
the concierge even took the time to find my purse which I had left in the restaurant the night before.

"Had an amazing stay at Hyatt Chennai. Staff was excellent very knowledgeable and helpful. Food was excellent too. Room was very clean and comfortable. Got up upgraded to executive suite. 😊"
"We had an excellent stay at this hotel, thanks to the outstanding service from all the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and genuine hospitality that made us feel at home.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the ocean. However, the bathroom could use a little more attention to maintenance — for example, the shower and toilet doors could close more smoothly, and the blinds could be dusted more regularly.
The highlight of our stay was without doubt the restaurant. The food selection and quality were exceptional, and the service was attentive and personal.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely return."
