“This hotel is excellent if you need a comfortable place to rest before a flight. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and the room was quiet and relaxing. However, we had one major disappointment — the pool was closed during our stay, and we were not informed in advance. We only found out after getting fully ready and heading downstairs, which was a complete waste of time. A heads-up at check-in would have made all the difference. “The room was great. People at the desk spoke good English and were helpful with inquiries we had. Breakfast was delicious, lots of various choices. Very convenient for a night at the airport, easy to find, check out was at 2pm and they providd us with priority security check pass, to skip the queue.”

“Clean room, hot shower, comfortable bed. Staff was very polite and accommodating. I had a late flight, arriving after midnight and they were very helpful. Some of the best service I’ve had in a long time. Breakfast was excellent and a lot of variety. More protein than a hotel usually has, lots of fruit, salad, stir fry, and decent coffee.”

“The hotel is a big complex with multiple buildings. The surrounding landscape is beautifully designed and maintained. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. But it’s in the Tianfu airport which is far from the city. However the hotel does offer an airport shuttle and the airport has a subway stop into Chengdu proper. ”
