"Convenient to CDG terminals. Automated check in needs serious review - don't roll out technology without testing - should be an easy and seamless process but user interface is awful. Living room common area concept is cool and breakfast was good. Room is weird - feels a little like motel 6 on steroids (so way nicer) - clean and comfortable (but you have to go downstairs to get a drinking glass) - unishower/toilet makes for easy cleaning but three sides of the bed are against walls - sheets can't be easy to change for staff without climbing onto the bed (and if you are two, one has to climb over the other if you get up at night). At the end of the day, the rooms are small but functional - the common areas are great - and the staff are nice and professional. Fine for a typical one night stay at an airport"

"The hotel has potential but is not currently operating at it's full potential. The main attraction for this hotel is the rooms with the view of the Eiffel tower and other city sites. If you don't pay for one of those rooms, the hotel is not worth it. We stayed from Sunday to Wednesday, the roof top bar was closed from Sunday to Tuesday. When we tried to go up on Tuesday night we were told it was for private tables only/private event. So we didn't see it at all. If we wanted the view of the city, we'd have to go to the gym. The line at the Pleyel Restaurant in the main lobby was very long the night we wanted to eat there so we ate at one of the nearby restaurants. The Odiwara Asian fusion place around the corner was very good. the restaurant to the right of the hotel is just ok. There are lots of other food options and a small supermarket all within walking distance. The metro is very close and it takes about 35 mins to get to the Champs Elysee. It's on the direct metro line. to the Eiffel tower you can also go direct to les Invalides station and then walk or transfer trains. Also about 35 mins. We upgraded to the city view room and it made the stay worthwhile. I also noticed that the walls in the toilets could use a clean. We stayed in two different rooms and both had cleanliness issues with the walls. The staff at the front desk not great. When we moved rooms my husband forgot his pajama pants in the other room and when asked about it, they didn't find it."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. The aquatic recreation center next door is nice, just be sure you have swimsuits that meet their guidelines; not any suit will.do."

"Everything was good. My stay was enjoyable with the exception of noise coming from the sreets late at night (people speaking loudly or screaming, etc.) I understand this is out of le patio's control but maybe having thicker glass on windows can help."

"Everything from the greeting to the room was fabulous. We arrived at 7:45am. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was ready at 2pm instead of 3pm and we were told about all the benefits to staying at the hotel. I am still shocked at how easy it is to book at princess meet and greet! The beds are so comfy, waterfall shower…amazing and the hidden details in the decoration are truly special. The little bedtime tea and story is a sweet touch. I love that there is a fridge and free water/soft drinks. The tv mirror is pretty amazing and you can log int your Disney+ account or create an account and use the service on the DLH so Disney movies in your room is accessible 10/10 stay. Plus I love how close it is to get to your room from the park after the fireworks. "

"No pool opened. Could serve coffee in the bars earlier in the morning. Breakfast far too expensive 100 for a couple per day extortion! Loved the cocktail bar! "
