"The hotel is really well located and easy to walk to touristic places. The check in was easy and we were able to leave our baggage before the check in time. The food in the restaurant was excellent with lot of different options. The breakfast was delicious. I really enjoyed my time in this place."
"We absolutely loved our stay at Pha Thai. From the moment we arrived a bit early to check out the staff were so helpful. Our room was amazing - well worth paying a bit more for the mountain view (when it wasn't raining and covered in cloud) bed comfy, shower excellent, fridge and hairdryer all provided.
It was a great location in the old town, near enough to most key sites and restaurants etc. Also given that it was very quiet too.
Breakfast was a good choice of fruits cake bread yoghurt & cooked meats so plenty for everyone.
I was particularly impressed with the eco friendly aspect - they are one of the very few hotels that leave a sign about reusing towels and actually following it. Plus they provided free water bottle fill up in the lobby saving loads of plastic bottles. Well done 👏 ✔️ "
"This hotel was beyond our expectations. From the welcome every time we stepped into the property to the moment we left, the staff was very hospitable and friendly.
The room was spotless and had all the amenities. The terrace room has a private hot tub that is on the entire day and cleaned periodically. The renovation is very luxurious for the room.
We found it convenient to get a rideshare into the old city and nimman area where we spent most of our visit. The surrounding area is also very walkable with lot if spas, coffee shops, bars, and restaurants."
