Great for small families
Property was clean and spacious which was perfect for our family of 4. The neighbor was cute and we felt safe being there. Free street parking, though spaces were some times limited. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

This was a great place in a great neighborhood. A little problem with the locks but handyman was called and problem resolved in about an hour and a half.

This was the perfect stay for a week and had everything we needed plus all the luxe amenities you like in home away from home (extra towels, plenty of soap and other amenities, nice TV). Ten minutes from L, two minutes from bike hire, walk to plenty of great food and bars, quiet street and building. Would highly recommend to friends and would definitely come back!

Great property, misleading terms
Was happy with the overall property, cleanliness, responsiveness of the host and amenities. However, the host notified us that we would not be allowed to have ANY "unauthorized guests" at the property AFTER the free cancelation period had passed. We are all adults and were planning on hosting a small dinner party/potluck for our friends but were unable to accommodate them. Host's policy is: no guests allowed at any time, there are noise detection systems in place (despite the fact that neighbors were blasting music around the clock on the weekend) and mentions that cameras monitor all entry points 24/7. Seems unreasonable to specify this policy once it's too late to cancel. Great property (interior and location) and friendly host; shame the policies were so strict.

Nice cottage. Good location
Property is in a good location to be able to get downtown, whether driving or using public transportation. Bus stop is a 2 minute walk. There is parking on the street but it is tight. Cottage was clean and the area seemed safe, as we didn't have any issues during our stay.

Nice one!!
A nice and clean condo that’s well furnished. Would definitely recommend it for a small group or family. It’s tucked in a quiet residential neighborhood a short distance away from the hustle and bustle. Wicker Park with shops and restaurants is just 0.5 miles away. Downtown is easily accessible by taking the blue line from Division Station. Convenient!! Will want to stay here again.

A great weekend
Property was as described and very clean. Access codes received in a timely manner. We enjoyed having access to a kitchen (as opposed to being in a hotel) and the game collection was thoughtful. We played Yahtzee. :) It's a nice quiet neighborhood (lots of folks walking their dogs) right behind a main street with a lovely little bodega just a 4-minute walk away. About a 10-minute walk to a Blue Line station, which got us everywhere we wanted to go. (Wicker Park is just one stop up the line!)

Great Stay!
My friends and I came to Chicago for a Nursing conference and this was this place was great. The neighborhood is super cute, safe, and walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. The two bathrooms were ideal for three people and the check out process was super easy.

Great location, quiet street
Our recent stay had no issues and the property was exactly as advertised. I would recommend this property for the quiet location, proximity to downtown and other entertainment as well as an abundance of options within the neighborhood. Comfortable space with all necessary amenities.

Chicago apt rental
We visited Chicago for the Windy City Smokeout. The apt was in a perfect location. It was extremely clean. We were able to Uber to the United Center and drive downtown without any issues. Parking is in the street but we had no problem finding a spot. We didn’t move our car much. Great location for all Chicago has to offer. We even hit Wrigley Field without any issues.

Safe and accessible neighborhood
Pretty tree-lined street with restaurants within walking distance. No immediate street parking, but there were nearby parking options. Condo was clean and well-furnished. Note that it comfortably sleeps four; there are not beds for six. We needed to set up an air mattress in the living area in order to sleep six.
