Please keep the living room, dining room, bathrooms and kitchen tidy and clean. All the dishes must be washed before we count them. If you displaced anything, please put it back where it was.

Drop keys inside drawer of table behind couch. Lock back doors. Exit via front door. The building glass door right of stairs gets you to back alley. Make sure all the building doors are locked behind.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please take off your outside shoes once in the condo.

Total quiet time from 10pm to 10am; no door lock noise and no laundry or loud talk.

Please do not invite anyone to stay overnight in the condo. We may remove everyone from the property without notice and without any reimbursement.
