All staff were very helpful. I’m not rating with 5 stars just because the check in took long time, as well because the bathroom in the room smelled terrible. They should ad a lid on top of the shower’s drainage to avoid the return of those fetid odors. We put toilet paper to avoid keep smelling that. ...

Hard to get there and from there, the roads are quite bad and the journey takes 1.5 days. But the visit to the caves and Semuc totally worth it!
