The house is distributed over 2 floors. On the lower floor there is the living room, a bathroom-toilet, the kitchen and an outdoor patio that leads to the roof through a spiral staircase. On the second floor are the bedrooms and the main bathroom with bathtub.
The kitchen has a microwave-grill and the kitchen is gas. In addition, the house has a protected gas boiler to heat the water.
The house is equipped with everything necessary and assisted by maintenance technician and cleaning service.
