"The hotel is amazing, and the room has a wonderful view overlooking the bridge, the cableway and the skyscrapers. At night time, the room lighting is super efficient and helps highlight the glass windows which give you an ultimate experience. The mirrors all around the room make it very special and it does not seems like you are in a hotel room. The bathtub lights up and is very large, it easily accommodates two people, giving you a unique experience! Very much appreciated was the Nespresso coffee machine and tablets available each morning for us to enjoy. Also, the fridge was equipped every day with fresh drinking water, much needed during our stay because the weather was sunny and hot. The bed and mattress were very comfortable and the sheets very soft, also had very comfy pillows (the extra pillows were very much appreciated too!).
The staff was professional, polite and friendly and there was always one person who spoke English, making communication and our stay much smoother. Super fast check-in process.
