“Overall a great stay. The restaurant had great food. The pool was amazing. The kids playroom was fantastic for my daughter. Rooms were nice with a nice view from the balcony. My only complaint is they couldn’t find my reservation. I waited maybe 10 minutes in the lobby. Make sure you show them the booking number on the document they message you on Expedia. Without that they might not find it.”

“It is a clean hotel. The front desk wasn't always manned. The wifi stopped for a couple of days. Safe didn't work. The breakfast set-up is poor. Coffee and a restaurant are available during the day for a price. We only got our room cleaned once while there and had to ask for toilet paper, etc. Pillows are huge! Too huge to sleep. The AC unit gives off a crazy bright blue light that completely illuminated the room. Oh, and the bathroom water smells really bad from the drain. I'm making it sound……
