The staff were friendly and welcoming, and very helpful when I had trouble getting my ride app to find me and pick me up. If you have mobility issues, be aware that the entrance is very steep. I'm 65 years old, and I found it challenging to go up and down the hills leading to the property, especially with my bags. Fortunately there was always someone around to help with my large suitcase. The upside is that the city views were spectacular, especially from the terrace.
