Apparently, the black colour is due to limestone deposits, and even after the two rivers converge, the colours remain separate for a while before finally mixing. Located in a river canyon in the country of Georgia, close to the border with the Russian region of Chechnya. You can look inside of these stone crypts and see large piles of human bones.
