“The pictures do not quite match the space. The "couch" in the living room is not actually a couch. It was very very uncomfortable as was the bed. It felt like it was a futon mattress and that is just too hard of a mattress for a vast majority of people. Not a great choice for a rental considering all types of people come to stay.The apartment was really cute but there was way too much furniture for how small the space is. “The room was super dirty and there were bugs on the floor under table and looked like blood spots on the sheets from possible bed bugs, sheets weren’t put on the bed correctly chips and dirt on the floor and in corners and everywhere didn’t feel clean at all to the point we didn’t unpack we just ordered a new room and left. Would not book again or recommended to anyone else”

“We drove to the neighborhood where the apartment was located and instantly felt that the neighborhood was not safe and decided to leave. We did not even check into nor return to the apartment. I felt we did not get an accurate depiction of the neighborhood from the online description of the location of the apartment.”

It was in close proximity to several really great restaurants! However, there were a few cons. The building itself is pretty old and dirty. “Description and photos set appropriate expectations. Yes, there is an elevated train outside the door. Did it bother us? No, we were expecting it and being close to a stop was an added plus for touring the city. The studio was clean, the host communicated quickly and clearly when the VRBO website didn't so that we had no delay in checking in, the toiletry amenities were unexpected and thoughtful, and the prepared notebook of options for restaurants and places to visit was appreciated.
