The hallways smell of urine and old cooking grease. There was no handsoap of any kind in the room. Remotes didnt work for either tv. meaning we couldnt change the channel at all. carpets are very clearly dirty and have never been properly cleaned. For a Hilton property i am disgusted, there isnt one thing about this hotel that says safe and comfortable space. Also, the windows open. i have never seen that at a hotel, totally unsafe again. i will NEVER be back. I will opt for Marriott next time.

We were VERY disappointed in this hotel stay. My husband and I stayed here with our two kids (ages 3 and 13.) As soon as you enter the hotel (anywhere except the lobby), you can smell cigarette smoke. Our room also smelled like cigarettes, especially the bathroom, and the hallways and elevators were just as bad. We literally had to go to Target and buy air fresheners to put all over the room. All they could offer us to make up for the smell were Hilton points. One of the back doors to the building is also broken (no latch at all) so the building is constantly open to just anyone who wants to enter. (The building is also behind a shopping center.) The breakfast was also disappointing. Even for a free breakfast, it was very limited and they stopped restocking 45 minutes before it was supposed to end. The temperature in our room was also very warm and stagnant and the thermostat was stuck at 68 even when set lower. We won't be staying here again.

Absolutely horrible. We booked it with Expedia points and it was not worth a dime. The room was filthy and smelled of extreme smoke. They moved us to a first floor room that was only a little better. We were by an exterior door that was broken and not locked. Not safe, not clean and the staff was NOT friendly.
