"Disappointed that shower gel was nit filled, I had no face clothes and its Disappointed that room service fid not make bed. When im on vacation, I preferred that the bed is made for me."

"I’ve stayed in the hard rock several times and never had a bad experience until this time. The room was nearly 800.00 for the night and it was the trashiest room I’ve ever been in especially for the price I paid for it. There was garbage from someone else left on the floor, the furniture is falling apart the lamp shade is stained and the carpet is stained, and full of cigarette burns. The “upgrade “ extra charge was more of a downgrade."
