"Great clean rooms, all staff were very friendly. The Metro was connected to the hotel so this was extremely convenient for us to go to the museums and back. Food on site was great too! "

"The rooms were comfortable and basic amenities were provided which leads to a functional feel vs elegance. The staff was by far the best part of the stay. From the time I checked in until my departure I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. The restaurant and bar Mica was spacious and comfortable. A very nice selection at the bar and the food menu was also a pleasant surprise. Blanca and Hana waited on us for a Saturday evening meal and drinks and they too were especially helpful, attentive and provided outstanding service that should be complimented! If you find yourself at that bar ask Blanca for an Emerald Gimlet (it's not on the menu) and you will be pleasantly surprised!"
