Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street.……
