“The living room carpet needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. You could not walk on it barefoot. The sofa was sunk in on one end - you had to put a pillow under it to even sit comfortably. Also, the cot in the living room was shaky and sunken. All four of the kitchen chairs were shaky, one so much so that we had to remove it so no one would sit on it and have it break. The thermostat was set on 68, which was too cold for us. It was programmed, so we could not change the setting. I……

“I booked the house because it was so close to Rock the Block. The inside is beautiful and the front porch became my favorite spot to relax the night away. The communication with the host was spot on. I highly recommend booking this hidden gem.”

“Luxury absolutely not, convenient yeah. Walking distance to just about anything you need but it was far from being a “luxury room” I have plenty of photos to prove that. No outlets in the bathroom, lots and lots of water damage through out the place. Window unit air conditioner, filthy walls, missing knobs on closet door (having a very sharp screw sticking out) 100% not worth the price. Couch had a broken leg and disgusting stains on it. The big bed had a bent leg, markings all over the walls,……

“Very clean and nicely done property. Very close to college. There’s a hot tub which is a nice addition but I wasn’t able to utilize. I just ran out of time. I love that I could bring my dog and there’s a nice fenced in area to let him play while I was unloading and loading the car. Couldn’t ask for a much better place. I’ll definitely stay here again.”
