Small things but it wasn't accessible with bags all all you had to go up and down multiple flights of stairs and there wasn't any laundry service, the one in town being rated as appalling. "

"Beautiful property in a very beautiful location The house has a few relatively minor flaws, for example the fridge is in need of repair, the light in the kitchen is not very bright, and soft closing toilet lids would be nice.Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay there very much and would certainly recommend it our friends."

"We had a wonderful stay at Willowbrae Chalet! We fell in love with the cozy cabin interior and enjoyed the grill and hot tub too. The view from the upstairs bathroom window in front of the tub was to die for. The location was great just slightly north of Ucluelet and allowed us to easily access our activities at the Ucluelet harbor as well as up in Long Beach and Tofino. Thank you for a beautiful stay - we will be back! "
