"We booked two separate suites one for us and one for my parents for our son's graduation. The two queen bed suites were perfect for us. Very roomy and clean. Our suite was on the 7th floor and although the same layout as my parents on the 5th floor our room on the 7th was updated in terms of aesthetic. ..."

"The front desk employees were rude. They advised we had free breakfast but then made us pay. Housekeeping didn’t switch out my towels or make my bed but did it for my family members who came with me. Valet never greeted us and didn’t check in our car on different days"
