The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Throw away trash in the container located in the parking lot on the right side of the building next to the boat ramp.
Just close the door, the smart lock system is used.
Check carefully to make sure nothing is left behind before closing de door. -Please do not leave dirty dishes. - Empty the refrigerator.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please NO CLEANING FISH in the Condo!!
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. In the event of a party, we will cancel your reservation with no refund, and we will charge an additional $1,000 penalty.
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY If our cleaning staff detects the smell of smoke inside the property, we will charge an additional penalty of $500.
