The room was not clean. The beds were hard. Tell some of the towels appeared to be either dirty or stained. We attend a family reunion yearly and usually stay here. The outside areas are dirty and littered with debris. Pressure washing and painting would improve the appearance. The pool has not been operational for years. The room was generally clean but the sink was very slow to drain. The staff was notified but they never took care of the problem. The commode had an old water ring where it hadn’t been scrubbed in a while. Tv had no signal and staff had to come and plug cable back in. The breakfast was terrible. They have waffle maker but the mix was soured and inedible after cooked….no eggs, biscuits, meat of any kind just a couple of cereal choices , yogurt, coffee and juice. Luckily Huddl house or McDonalds is close. Quality Inn needs to take a look at what is going on at this location. Something was splattered on the toilet room wall, the door was dirty from handprints, and there was some dirt in the corner. This is not a pet-friendly location. Had to sign a doc that said we had no pets. Lots of bed bugs crawling about. My husband bagged a few and took them to the front desk. We were moved to another room, but the rest of the night was anything but restful. We spent the next morning sanitizing everything, which is the last thing any stock show family wants to deal with on show day. The front desk staff was friendly, but housekeeping admitted they already knew about the bed bugs. When I asked for a refund, they refused, citing “policy.” Worst of all, I saw the original room being turned over for the next guest.
