. We loved our stay but the communication with front desk was terrible. Getting fresh water was a bit annoying and trying to work out any issue with the front desk is impossible as they do not respond to emails and simply do not call you back. Communication was non existent and front desk is a 10 minute drive away. This needs to change on their part. They say its walking distance to the beach, realistically it is not.
