Clean, comfortable house with two private master suites less than 5 miles from Lake Coeur d'Alene and the Spokane River, and 16 miles from Silverwood Theme Park. Steps away from the Prairie Trail, which connects to the Centennial Trail system. The amenities of this home make guest feel like they're home! Cozy memory foam mattresses, soft bedding, and plenty of technology to keep everyone happy. We have 2 exterior security cameras - one pointed at the front door, and one pointed at the driveway.

Perfect CDA stay

Very clean and well equipped home. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Close to everything, short drive to downtown or down to the river for coffee. Home stayed warm and I appreciated the K-Cups and creamer. Would absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

Amazing getaway home!

This was honestly one of the nicest rental homes our family has ever visited. Clean, cozy, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with appreciated entertainment extras, and unexpectedly provided hotel-like complimentary convenience items. No effort was spared in making this an enjoyable and comfortable place to stay. We loved it, and would absolutely re-book for any future area trips.

Your home is so welcoming. It had everything you need for a getaway for cooking, bedding, showers and just to be comfy and relax for a getaway. Loved our morning walks through the neighborhoods in the early morning. Central location from stores, breweries, shopping and casinos. Again a very welcoming home to stay at for a get away.

What a wonderful place

My sister in law and myself came to town to play golf for the weekend. The location of the house was perfect for the 3 courses that we played. We loved the house and will absolutely return.

Perfect vacation home

My husband and I visited our son and granddaughter, who stayed with us. The location is excellent and within quick access to surrounding neighborhoods and freeway. Home was spotless. Very comfy beds and pillows. We would certainly opt to stay again.

Boutique Style Home

It is obvious that this home is well cared for and customer service is top priority. It was absolutely spotless and the details made me think of a boutique hotel. Items from snacks, coffee and water to extra toiletries and lots of streaming options. The beds were very comfortable and the house was nice and quiet. Next time we return to Coeur d'Alene we will be booking here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

AMAZING property!

This home is even better than the great pictures online! It was beautiful, homey, so clean/sanitized and welcoming to us from our travels. The little touches throughout the home were amazing. Snacks, water, coffee, beach chairs/towels & cooler at the ready. Washer and dryer came in handy during the trip as well as the BBQ and all kitchen amenities and bathroom extras (shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels etc) We will definitely be back every summer for our track camp in the area. The hosts are great with correspondence and details.
