We had issues in our room with the toilet not functioning. It was supposed to repaired while we were out during the day came home to the existing problem with wet towels on the floor that had not been cleaned up. Called the front desk was told there were no rooms for us to move to and sent up maintenance. Maintenance left assuring us the problem was fixed but indeed it was not. Our toilets would not flush and randomly flushed itself throughout the evening. Both my sister and I use the lobby bathroom throughout the evening. I spoke with the front desk and although I booked this through Expedia I am a Hilton member They assured me that there were rooms available and we should have been moved but we're not. They also told me they would add points to my Hilton account since they could not refund any money as I booked through Expedia. As of today none of that has happened. Very disappointed in this property and how they handled our issue. Would not book again.
