We stayed in the Junior suite at this hotel and thought it was great. Lovely, big space. Nice shower. We used the gym and thought that was very good for a hotel gym. The breakfast was very nice with many good things you could order in addition to the buffet. We liked the location of the hotel- a little bit tucked away but still close to the city center. Would stay here again!
Great hotel. Very unique. Lived up to the hype. Room was very comfortable. Friendly staff both at front desk and rooftop bar.
Highly recommend the experience.
I really enjoyed this hotel - it is an experience! The rooms are comfortable, almost luxurious….the breakfast buffet is amazing, they have a nice spa/sauna, and a reasonable (albeit just essentials) gym. The neighborhood is quiet, so no noise, and easy walking distance to parts of Cologne.
Note: the front desk is rarely staffed, which is a key gap in case of emergency needs or scheduling changes.
Amazing hotel, really easy to get to on public transport, and walking distance from the centre.
Fabulous design.
Amazing breakfast, would love to stay again!
Excellent gym with 4+ machines (bicycles, ellipticals), dumbbells up to 20kg, a cable machine, and an assisted power rack.
I stayed in a room with a loft / spiral stair case. Lots of space, but slightly inconvenient as bed is upstairs and bathroom / wardrobe is downstairs. The room was very dark with a single window due to building design, so could use more lighting in the living room like a floor lamp(s).
Rooftop bar is a nice addition with amazing views. Definitely mention you are a hotel guest as they were at capacity and limiting access. Overall would stay again at this hotel as the building is so unique and very close to a metro station (one block away).
Very nice hotel. We loved it and miss now that we are in another hotel with a much lower standard and much higher costs!
The breakfast restaurant is heavenly!
The hotel is unique in a special location. The rooftop bar is amazing.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
The experience on the whole was good. The building itself is fun and well-planned. Rooms were comfortable and interesting. Gym was excellent. 'Spa ' is a sauna. A nice sauna, but not a spa.
Im not sure if this
The hotel was beautiful and relaxing.
The rooms were immaculate, clean and spacious.
Location was quiet but walking distance to the city centre.
Staff were friendly and accomodating.
The hotel was fabulous and the staff so attentive. They realized it was my birthday from my passport and brought me cookies and a card and offered us free breakfast. I would absolutely stay there again.
Weekend stay with my mum & daughter, the suite was really massive & clean. I couldn’t have asked for more in a hotel room, when it came to space. I’d defo return back to this hotel in the future
The hotel building is beautiful and makes use of an old water tower. The rooms were very spacious and luxurious, and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Karim who helped us check in and gave us information and recommendations. 10/10
We stayed here for business trip.(4-stops away from Köln Messe, very convenient.)
Breakfast was great. Very unique building, staffs were all helpful, quiet neighborhood.
Only tricky thing was that we had a few stairs just before the room and it was dark.(after lift)
Overall satisfying stay
Overall, hotel was pretty nice. Some of the customer service was good, some not so much.
Room smelled of drains and after I notified the staff, they just sprayed the whole room with disinfectant, so it smelled like toilet cleaner instead.
Spa was nice. Room was cosy. Great views from the bar. But the price was a bit too much for the stay.
Lovely repurposed old water tower, and our room on the 9th floor had a great view up to the cathedral. The hotel isn’t in that great an area, but you can get into town on the metro stop (Post Strasse) almost next door. The interior of the building is interesting and you can get free tea/coffee/bottled water in the comfortable lounges downstairs. There is a bar on the top floor, but it was quite noisy, so not a peaceful place to enjoy the view!
