"Nice breakfast with gluten free options. Unfortunately, the check in was terrible. Guy at the reception was unpleasant and ignorant. Despite my querries the day before our arrival, nobody from the hotel ever replied. Let alone told us there is no transfer after 10pm and that due to restricted parking one has to walk the bags about a kilometre from the car to the hotel. Not fun when it is late. One is tired and let alone has forgotten something in the car.. Fortunately, lovely lady at the reception called Neve has smoothed things up in the morning. Just that the night staff spoiled what otherwise would have been a fantastic experience."

"The hotel appears a little dated However the staff were friendly and helpful which was fantastic Food was good and although we didn’t use the spa facilities and pool in looked very good Parking was great One of the easiest check in we have had by far"

"Great location from the lake about 50m walk. Where there is beach area. Little shop on site with everything you would need, fresh bread and pastries every morning. A short walk from the main town which has restaurant's and cocktail bars. Bus, train and ferry all short walk"
