Hotel Calimala Milan, have an excellent front desk manager Stefano and his team. I have to send a sincere gratitude for his incredible hospitality during my stay. I deeply appreciate how quickly and thoughtfully he stepped in to accommodate my needs. His willingness to help resolve an issue completely changed my experience and made my stay so much more comfortable. Thank you for going above and beyond!

This was our first visit to Sorrento. The hotel was beautiful with a great full breakfast. Room was spacious, staff was friendly & the housekeepers sweet. We had dinner twice in the rooftop dinning room overlooking the bay. The sunset was amazing. The waitstaff friendly , the food five star. We also danced to the music which made it very romantic. Absolutely the best position and nicest hotel in the area. Very very convenient for shopping, the Egyptian Museum is just round the corner and the breakfast is spectacular. It even has chocolate with whole hazelnuts croccante, for breakfast! So now i am 1 kilo heavier but well worth it. I can always shop nearby for bigger trousers.

The place is very clean and quiet. It is in an exclusive neighborhood. Very safe to walk around. Their staff are very friendly and very service oriented. Breakfast was faboulous. The only thing is, it is a little further away from the city. Need a taxi to go anywhere but the taxi is also readily available and staff will call them for us. Wait time is very short usually less than 10 minutes.

If you are planning to visit Florence, this is the hotel you should book! It won't let you down. Your Florence stay will be brilliant and memorable. I booked this hotel after read someone's comment. As I learned, the location is a bit far from the center of city. Even so, it is still worth to stay at this hotel. If you take a taxi, it costs 10 euro from/to hotel approxilately. For money savers, taking a bus #14 just for 2 euro may be suitable. The bus stop for #14 is only 2 blocks walk...

Short walk to walled city, safe neighborhood but most of all fantastic staff. I have never seen a group of people that are so kind, helpful and willing to do anything for their customers. We had an incident that required an ambulance in the very early hours of the morning. The night desk shift manager took such good care of us, calling ambulance, explaining to us in English what was going to happen. A beautiful hotel, amazing pool (the top one) for lazying about for a day. Restaurant was only ok, same for the food by the pool.

Beautiful property, outstanding staff.

Great location less than a block from the main plaza. Our room was right next to the elevator and we never heard a sound. Only a few blocks to the train station and bus stops. Many great restaurants nearby. Best breakfast buffet in our whole 26 days in Italy. Left a jacket and they had it sent to our next hotel on Capri for a minimal charge.

I had a great experience here that far exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, just a short walk from major tourist attractions. The morning breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to start the day. One standout feature was the complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar—such a thoughtful touch that truly enhanced the experience.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and polite. Receptionist even walked us to our room, which I had never experienced before. Check-in was very smooth. After check out, they let us keep our car and luggage in their property for the day as long as needed, which was very thoughtful of them. We booked a room in the Rock annex. It was an entire, fully equipped apartment. The Rock annex is located across the street and down about one block from the main hotel. To be honest, other than doing the initial checkin and a walk around, we never went to the main hotel building. The pool is located there and there is a small bar. We only stayed one night at this place but we really enjoyed it. Very cool vibes. Only downside is that getting to the room feels a bit complicated since it's in a different building than the lobby.

starting with the doorman and going on to the cheerful welcome by Clizia at the front desk, it became quite clear that everyone who works here is carefully chosen for the ability to pamper the clients. Annalisa at the lounge, Fabrezio at the concierge desk were both notable in the friendliness. this hotel will be my go-to hotel if i return to Milan

Lovely stay at Versilia Lido UNA Esperienze for 5 nights! The property is spacious and has a relaxed resort atmosphere. We were kindly upgraded to a large one bedroom apartment with a dining area balcony, which gave us plenty of space and we cooked in the apartment almost 5 nights stayed. One feature we really appreciated was the in room washing machine with a built-in dryer. When you are travelling for a longer period, having laundry facilities inside the apartment is incredibly convenient...
