"Very modern hotel however whoever designed it was more conscious focusing more in technology than real comfort for the guests,I read while reviewing this hotel many complaints about room size and thought "people talk" and yes the rooms are extremely small,to be able to open the door to the safelock or refrigerator need to remove the chair which would be placed next to the bathroom and then put your carry on top of the chair otherwise you wouldn't be able to access the bathroom or toilet, now you need to use the bathroom at 3am and you find hitting yourself with the chair and luggage, then move it,ABSOLUTELY no room for your luggage specially if you have a regular suitcase, "me and my wife only had our backpack and carry-on" even to get into the not so friendly hard bed it's very narrow,no hooks for your wet bathing suits had to use the shower handle, you need to use the toilet or shower FORGET IT,space it's so tiny, becareful if you are barefoot, glass doors will cut you trying to get in and closing the glass door, you get "2 free" water bottles, everything else is extra inside the fridge,a tiny bag of potato chips 9000 pesos "about 3 dollars" paid breakfast, tiny pool is ok closes at 8pm but gets crowded after 1pm,very safe area, the best way to enjoy Medellin is by walking the neighborhood and definitely take 2 tours Guatape 1 day and next day comuna 13, tours come out from the poblado park about 10 minutes walk, for the price paid much comfortable hotels around the area."
