The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. However, I have a few concerns regarding amenities and services that I believe should be improved, especially for a hotel of this standard. 1-Coffee in the lobby: Coffee is not available for guests in the lobby until 7:00 AM, which is inconvenient for guests who need to leave early. 2-TV operation: Using the TV was unnecessarily complicated, requiring several steps to access a channel. Although instructions were provided in the room, I still had to call he front desk for assistance. 3-Hair dryer: The hair dryer in my room was not working, so I had to call for a replacement. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have another one available. The maintenance employee eventually brought me his personal hair dryer so I could resolve the issue, which I appreciated, but this should not have happened at a hotel of this caliber. 4-Ice machine: There was no ice machine available on my floor, which was inconvenient. 5-Mini-fridge: The room did not have a mini-fridge, an amenity that would be especially useful for families staying multiple nights. 6-Bed size: The beds seemed smaller than a standard queen-size bed, which affected comfort. 7-Breakfast options for children: Breakfast was very good overall for adults, but the options for children were limited, with pancakes being the only apparent kid-friendly option. Additionally, ordering plain eggs resulted in an extra charge, which I found disappointing for a hotel breakfast.

Breakfast was great daily. Staff were attentive and accommodating. Clean property, though older. Gym area could use some updating.
