Rooms are quite run down and in need of updates and repair. Upon entering the room, the temperature was unbearably hot. There was no temperature set to regulate basic comfort in the Texas heat. On opening the door, dead insects and spiders were right inside the door. There was a live large spider in the sink. The door to the unit had a significant gap at the bottom and did not seal properly. We could see daylight and there was definite room to allow for critters to enter the room and also posed a potential security concern. We chose to vacate immediately for these combined reasons.
