"Very nice hotel "

"This hotel has a great location and wonderful beds! It was a great find for our spring stay, with walkable distance of the lake, the city's downtown, many restaurants and a supermarket. The hotel allows you to bring food and heat it up on their microwave (the rooms do not have a kitchen). It also had a good buffet for breakfast, and free tea in the common area. We had a great time. Totally recommended."

"Lovely hotel in great location. Recepton staff very good. Breakfast staff chatted amonst themselves all morning. Spa area is really poorly designed. Walk through the pool area and downstairs with dirty shoes to a tiny "changing room" which is a few showers and toilets with a stool outside. And door opens directly on to reception area so no privacy for changing. Swimmers also drip down the stairs so an accident waiting to happen!! Some gym equipment broken. And the gym and pool don't open until 11am!!!!! Why? Not supervised so just open before breakfast! "

"Great location within walking distance of the landmarks. But what stood out was their front desk staff! Second to none. My husband had a leg injury and they called 911 for assistance and maintained availability of ice at any time to serve our needs. Would stay there again. "

"Very nice and quiet place, away from the noise and crowds but close enough to the main attractions. I am very pleased with the hospitality, the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Our kid was sick during our trip and they accommodated us with all of our needs to make sure we could make the most out of our visit "
