Said they had a/c Did not work
We asked for a fan the entire time(5 times a day.). No fan- no help with water nothing to help with the heat. Advertising water park with slides. Slides out of order. . The pool was sooooo crowded

The layout of the hotel is perfect, we parked indoors the underground parking with a quick walk to the reception where a very helpful and friendly receptionist welcomes you to the hotel. Then we headed out our Panoramic View room, which was immaculately clean, and the morning breakfast was perfect.
We absolutely loved the train that takes you to the castle and downtown. In addition, the restaurant was able to accommodate for my wife’s gluten allergy (Celiac).
We absolutely loved it.
