“We had a great time at 3 Peaks Lodge. While the property is older and lower priced and there should be an expectation of that, the location is unbeatable and it's nice to have the market and Dos Locos Mexican Restaurant right across the street. They upgraded our room which was a big win for our family of four. Will come back. ”

“We stayed at the Bailey Lodge in late-Nov./early-Dec. to celebrate our anniversary and it was such a lovely experience! It was close to local attractions (the Sasquatch museum was so fun and we LOVED Aspen Peak Cellars) which made our lives incredibly easy. The room was clean, but quite cold, especially the bathroom—thankfully, our room had an additional bedroom with lots of extra blankets, which came in handy. I wish the fireplace worked, but can’t win them all. The service was great! Check……

“Overpriced the breakfast is nothing to boast about muffins cereal and yogurt not much more coffee is terrible.”

“Nice room, comfy bed & nice shower. Everyone there was nice. There were some people who live there but it was quiet & clean.”

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“This property is excellent for our needs. It is located right on 285 so we did not have to worry about snow on the mountain roads. We noticed that the inside decor has been changed up. Nice touch for us since we have stayed multiple times. Thanks for the new privacy blinds. It is a quiet area and the neighbors are friendly. Will book again.”

“This hotel is great. First is in a great location and close to restaurants and the fun activities. The room was beautiful decorated. The staff extremely helpful at the front desk and valet. They have a restaurant bar on site and a coffee bar on site. Can’t wait to go back to Breckenridge and stay at Gravity Haus!”

“We enjoyed an overnight stay here during two ski days at Loveland. The property was well managed and maintained. The condo had a washer/dryer, fireplace, dining table, fully stocked kitchen, two baths, pull out couch and one bedroom. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and lounging in the hot tub after skiing. The kids enjoyed the rec room and made friends with other vacationers. Carry out options nearby for food were excellent. We enjoyed playing games in the living room and dining in for meals.……
