We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks and this was the perfect jump-off spot - super close to the venue (only took 15-20 min to get back to the condo after the show), but also close to great hiking and outdoor activities. The condo itself was perfect for us - very quiet, well kept, plenty of space for two, and very easy to get in/out of. Would definitely stay here again in the future!”

Awesome kitchen and bathroom! It had a/c units in every room so each person could set their own temps in their room. Only had 1 minor frustration with the tv cutting out in the evenings during the football games or tv shows. Parking out front or in the stall. Neighboring people in the house were very friendly and……

We were pleasantly upgraded to the upstairs unit, which featured a full kitchen stocked with high-end appliances and quality stainless steel cookware—perfect for cooking in. Each bathroom was thoughtfully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which was a great touch. The host was incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay, making the whole experience smooth……

“Screen door was off track and leaning against sliding glass door when I arrived. I did report to property manager. I’m handy so I reattached it.Carpet is getting pretty tracked and dirty. Not a big deal for me.”
