“Tubs and room theme”

“Liked the property, but we arrived late in evening to find three people waiting to check in, no one was at the front desk and the other people had been waiting for some time, it was another twenty minutes or more before someone showed, so by the time we got to our room it was almost an hour, midnight our time. No excuse.”

“Very nice hotel! The location was great for us - close to Red Rocks and a few things we had picked to do, plus a reasonable distance from downtown Denver and the airport. The hotel overall was very clean and smelled fresh. The water/coffee area was well maintained all day. The one area not clean was the outdoor trash - it was overflowing and gross to look at. The room setup was great and would work well for longer stays (pull out shelves plus decent closet, large vanity /storage in bathroom.……

“Couldn’t get room service even one time to clean the room or anything Stayed there for 5 nights Asked and called and they never sent anybody or said they went home early and had no one so they had me stack garbage outside the room so gross and really a whole week and couldn’t send somebody Called staff multiple times were rude or unhelpful Wish I could give 0 stars if you want a basic room and almost 0 amenities than stay here Than had a scheduled maintenance for the air conditioning……

“the dog just wondering one of the elevators was completely shut down and you could not access the stairs at all because of construction going on over the entire first floor blocking access to the stairs. this led to very slow progress going up and down the elevator since we were on the 6th floor. I don't remember seeing anything about all the construction work going on but it also included closure of the gym which we had prepared to use. they were kind enough to give us a small refund for not……

“So this is a very quiet cute retreat that is snuggled in a small mountain town. A few good choices for food, and there is a bar called Little Bear Saloon. Great food, live music and just a great environment. The only issue is there was no one there to check in with, or speak to about anything. The main office was always closed. Other then that nice spot”

“We were greeted very nicely, they informed us breakfast was included. We were there for only 2 nights. The second day our room wasn't cleaned, we asked why and if we can get fresh towels, they told us it was only cleaned upon request and we had to go get towels to the front because at 8pm there was no cleaning staff or any service.”
