“Good friendly staff”

“Very small room and bathroom not particularly comfortable but did the trick. Better value available no doubt.”

“Has been a lovely hotel in its day! Original part of building showing its age, around woodwork/doors/walls, but atrium part (newer) absolutely fine. Would book in again. Clean and staff very helpful. ”

“My experience was very good if not excellent. Parking was a bit tricky as it’s a public parking and Mon-Fri 8am to 6pm restriction means you have to move your car every 2 hours, but if you’re spending the day out visiting places then parking restriction is not a worry.”

“Really good & comfortable place”

“Warm welcome, enjoyed delicious breakfast and nice chat with owners each morning. Facilities in good condition and well maintained. Decorated intentionally making guests a home stay feel. Near bus stop and promenade, also walkable distance to main streets and dock. To nitpick, there’s creaky sound walking on the wooden floor.”

“The Comis is very clean and quiet with beautiful views of the golf course out every window. The spa was clean and had multiple options for saunas and hot tubs.”

“The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is good with different options. The hotel is a little bit far from the ferry pier, it takes about 25 mins to walk there. If you have luggage, you'd better call a taxi, the taxi fare is reasonable anyway. ”

“No reception had to call via the phone number on Hotels.com to contact the host who would then meet you outside. Lovely location but the rooms are very small with very low ceilings. Comfortable bed but the place could do with a touch of style and finesse to make it a 5*. ”

“Great location. Parking space on car park to the rear. Spotlessly clean. William the receptionist / caretaker was excellent. Has everything you need. However, it sells itself as a luxury apartment and it doesn’t live up to it. Eg. In the bedroom there is only one bedside table and lamp. On one corner of the bed there is only six inches in which to get past. The wardrobe is not great quality and the sliding door comes of it’s rail easily. ( can also be put back easily but.. ) in the living……
